How do I book Bravado?
Call or email Jenny Barrett for a quote. Once the terms and details of your event have been agreed, a contract will be sent out to you by post. Once you have returned the signed contract along with a deposit, your booking is confirmed.
How much do you cost to hire? This depends on how far we need to travel, and how long you would like us to be there for.

Can you arrange any piece of music? We can! But we will need a minimum of 6 weeks notice. There may also be a small fee for this.
Can you play for our hymns?
Yes, but we will need plenty of notice so that we can get hold of the music.
What do we need to provide on the day? Our only requirement is four chairs without arms set out on the day in the place you would like us to perform. Please be aware that we will require at least 3m x 4m.
Please make sure that you tell the venue that you have booked a string quartet, and that you also tell them where you would like us set up.
Are there any additional expenses?
No. The price you have had quoted to you will include everything. The only additional cost in the run up to your event will occur if you later decide you would like to request a specific piece of music.
How far do you travel?
We can travel all over the world!
What happens if the wedding is running late?
We understand that weddings do not always run to schedule and are flexible on the day, within our allocated booking time.
Can you play outdoors? We often play outdoors during the summer months for the drinks reception, however our instruments date back to the eighteenth century so this is weather dependent as rain, sun and wind can all damage our instruments.
We will need shelter to protect our instruments from the sun, and this will need to be discussed at the time of booking.
What will you wear?
Unless you request otherwise, we wear smart all black.
How far in advance should we book?
To guarantee our availability for your event you should book us a year in advance, however we may be available next week, and we also have taken bookings for 2013!
